Awesome!! I walked in this afternoon and asked if they could embroider names on two backpacks pretty quickly. I've done a decent amount of business with this company since we moved to Prior Lake. Never had any issues, until recently when a mistake was made. The wrong name was put on our hoodie and while we had some misunderstandings during the "fixing" process, Bruce made us whole and was a complete professional. If you have an issue, stop in and talk to Bruce eye to eye and he will do right by you.
