Absolutely no customer service. Had to suffer through with a NO- customer service agent who I assume was sitting at home in her kitchen with her little dog yapping at her. There are so many places to buy T-shirts don't make this place one of them!

Asinine return policy. Doesn't matter if you're stones throw away from the return address they provide you, they "don't allow drop offs" and force you to spend money to get it shipped to them.
Joke of a company. They have Purolator leave the package on my front step with a photo of it marked as delivered and when it gets stolen they refuse to refund. If you’re going to not require I physically accept the package why wouldn’t you guaranty it?
