Joke of a company. They have Purolator leave the package on my front step with a photo of it marked as delivered and when it gets stolen they refuse to refund. If you’re going to not require I physically accept the package why wouldn’t you guaranty it? Ordered with plenty of time for Christmas, my order has been sitting in a Puralator depot for over a week, company will do nothing about it, I can’t do anything as I am not the shopped. I just a ridiculous blanket reply that they are busy, yup, every Christmas, use another shipping method. Now my business is out the money I paid for the product and shipping I didn’t receive and who knows when it will come, and I have had to tell my customers I can’t do their orders for Christmas, so I am out that money as well.
