Two years ago we hired Tom Shaw of T Shaw Construction to build our “turn key” home in The Villages/Lady Lake, FL. He never broke ground for a year, he had the house framed with windows, no doors, no shingles for months. He left us with thousands of dollars of debt: 2 large liens and at least 3 subcontractors owed. While we had given him thousands to complete work on our home last summer, he was having an addition and pool installed at his house. A negative rating would be more appropriate here.
