First & foremost I think the hygienist is the most important person in a dental office. We spend more time with them than the dentists. As a family we have been seen by Andrea for 10+ years. She knows us & all of our individual needs. All encounters with Dr Sutherland & Dr Novotny have been thorough, friendly & informative. The office staff is as knowledgeable & friendly as the Drs. Great place to be!
The moment I see my hygienist’s smiling face, any anxiety I had while in the waiting room is gone. Stacy is considerate in everything from tooth sensitivity to eye protection. As for the dentist, Dr. Novotny is very kind, conversational, and knowledgeable. I hear so many dentist horror stories, and I am so grateful to have a dentist office that is not only good at what they do, but considerate. Fast, friendly
Been with this fine group of professionals for 20 some years. Seen them grow into a tight knit family. There are like family to me, but they are very professional and polite.( Qhich is become a lost art.) I have recommended 3 of my co workers to the Sutherland group just this last year. Talk about a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, they have it going on! Don't just take my words, try them out. You will not regret it at all.
