I've used this shop twice. Each time I received my product extremely late and actually heard other customers in the shop complaining about lateness or poor quality. Of the two times I've used them they are 1/2 on getting the product correct the first time it was produced but, as I stated earlier, 0/2 on completing products on time.

Worst experience ever. No customer service, poor work product and not delivered on time. The only reason they are in business is because they are the only company in town. If you can, order from any other online company.

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order that was promised to take two weeks time. After the they missed the promised deadline, I made repeated calls up until it was roughly 4.5 weeks past the original order date. Some customer representatives told me that it was being worked on... And on other phone calls they claimed no responsibility to my order and was not tracking on the status. Once I requested my money back I received nothing but excuses about that personal lives of the workers and how that negatively impacted the order... read more

A little pricey, but I was pleased with their work. Had a wood plaque made for a departing friend.
