10 weeks after picking my Ferris up it is still not done. Dropped off new blades as the tech said old set could not be sharpened. Just got a call telling me they couldn't sharpen the new blades. Why would you?Tried to sell me a new battery. Odd as it started normally on February 15 when I loaded it on their truck. Still waiting for my Ferris on May 3rd.
