Just had Goleta Carpet cleaning clean my carpets yesterday. I wasn’t looking for perfection, because the carpets have gone way too long without cleaning. But to my surprise, they turned out like new and couldn’t be happier! The owner confirmed the job, the day before, as he said he would. He arrived on time, he was very thorough and polite. We were given a quote, a guy came out and saw the rooms and state of the carpets. He appears to have run his machine over everything with no extra attention to stains. After he left there was residue visible on the hard floors butting up to the carpet (not cleaned/wiped, but also indicating what's still on our carpet?). After drying, some of the staining on the carpet became quite apparent again (zoom in). I don't understand how it works, but it is far worse than our previous cleaning. My carpet is super old and was very dirty, and the company was really good about setting expectations with me about what could be done. Even still, after they were done it looked significantly cleaner and newer. Would definitely recommend!
