Horrible customer service especially for investment advice. Getting a hold of someone is way too much work.. then comes the actual experience after going through so much. I had a negative experience with Sheldon Dipnarin which felt off from the start. After researching, I noticed several red flags: he initially represented himself online as a medical doctor on social media, buying hundreds of thousands of fake followers, then likes and comments, then quickly removed the title.
