Their website for keeping an eye on and/or making any changes to your investments is quite cumbersome and not user friendly, which ALWAYS takes me 10x longer than other sites I have worked with (Vangaurd, Fidelity, etc.). Absolute worst company ever to have to deal with. Need to change bank account number atratched to account, you call. They tell you we need a voided check. You send them that, well we need this document, you didn't send it in. That is because you didn't tell me I needed it. You need to change beneficiaries, well you need to do this. I would give you ZERO stars if allowed. I am not a customer AND NOW, will never be a customer due to your egregious and shameful advertising. REALLY? Are you that desperate for clients that you must advertise on the pitcher's mound? And shame on you MLB for allowing it! Really an alltime low for such a storied organization and just cheapens it to the point of realization of the oversaturation that advertizing has become, in everyones' day-to-day lives. Really sad.
