Got laid off/furloughed from work till a particular date. Was only a month or so, so I reached out to TRowe Price to see if I qualified for an emergency withdraw. The representative I spoke with initially and then gave me a followup the next day said it was approved, and asked if I'd like it regularly mailed or express mailed. I recommend using anybody else other than this company. I lost my job and closed my account and paid for the expedited shipping for 1-3 business days so I can survive while job hunting, only after their direct deposit system failed to communicate with my bank for my direct deposit. Here it is 3 weeks later and still don't have my money. I called them a week ago and they were putting a stop on that check and get me another one issued in 1-3 days delivered. Great place. With great employees. I know Jamie sinclair from high school. He is a great person .I have nothing bad to say about him or anyone in his family. I wish them well.
