I got conflicting information from them regarding Mega backdoor. Some of the representatives have no clue of what I was talking about at al, particularly the one with a long name, she needs to ask her supervisor for everything and put me on hold. She does not even think logically while pretending to be a professional… worse than an AI agent…
Terrible service.
My experience has been terrible. I have been trying to get them to mail me a form for almost 2 years now to roll over a 401k. Prepare to verify your information at least three times while they transfer you numerous times and eventually hang up on you. Speaking with leadership will get you nowhere as the term incompetent would be a compliment for them. I’ll be sure to update this in 3 weeks when I call back again and ask them to mail the same form. Again.
Their website for keeping an eye on and/or making any changes to your investments is quite cumbersome and not user friendly, which ALWAYS takes me 10x longer than other sites I have worked with (Vangaurd, Fidelity, etc.). Worst of all when I needed to change my address the website didn’t have the edit option for my address like it did for email, phone number and when I got a letter in the mail from them with a phone number to call to update my address, I called it and she couldn’t update it either (not her fault, but the com... read more
