My experience has been terrible. I have been trying to get them to mail me a form for almost 2 years now to roll over a 401k. Prepare to verify your information at least three times while they transfer you numerous times and eventually hang up on you. Speaking with leadership will get you nowhere as the term incompetent would be a compliment for them. I’ll be sure to update this in 3 weeks when I call back again and ask them to mail the same form. Again.

Their website for keeping an eye on and/or making any changes to your investments is quite cumbersome and not user friendly, which ALWAYS takes me 10x longer than other sites I have worked with (Vangaurd, Fidelity, etc.). Absolute worst company ever to have to deal with. Need to change bank account number atratched to account, you call. They tell you we need a voided check. You send them that, well we need this document, you didn't send it in. That is because you didn't tell me I needed it. You need to change beneficiaries, well you need to do this.
