I just had my first visit and am thoroughly impressed with the team. Jenna was so patient with me over the phone answering all of my questions. Alex texted when on the way, arrived promptly and came to the door. He asked questions and addressed my concerns which made me feel even more confident in the process. My pets are family so wanted to make sure they are not harmed in any way. I am looking forward to working with them going forward.
I have t-Rex come out every summer to spray for spiders. They always do an excellent job. This time I had them check for mice in the attic as well. Chris was my service provider and he was so patient with me. I followed him around asking a million questions and he really took the time to stop and answer all my questions. He educated me on poop, lol. Turns out the stuff I was seeing in my garage was gecko poop. He really put me at ease with everything he saw and what he suggested. THANK YOU CHRIS!
Thanks to Chris for his excellent service and communication! The pests have gone down since the last treatment, and we are positive that they will stay away. Very responsive to our requests about taking care of the garage and limiting areas around the vegetable garden. We had lots of wolf spiders appearing at first. T-Rex informed us that we would still likely see them due to it being a new construction area but to also add sticky traps, which we have. I can’t speak on the effectiveness of t-Rex pest control yet since we just had it done about a week ago. I can however speak about their amazing customer care. When I called saying that we seemed to have a black widow infestation they were quick to get someone out here the next day. Chris was amazing! He did a very thorough job and answered all of our crazy questions without making us feel like an inconvenience.
