Set the appt a week before. Called Monday to confirm my Wednesday appt. Dropped off car Wednesday morning. Called at 2pm to get update. "Ricky will call you." 4:55pm I called back. "Ricky's gone for the day. I don't know anything about your vehicle, Ricky's handling it." <---- that's from the OWNER. "Ricky will call you tomorrow, he's in at 730a.m." No call all Thursday. This compay will waste your time and not do the job. I'll drive to bullhead before reaching out to this place.
My truck sustained some damage while driving on the highway due to another irresponsible driver. I needed body work done and chose to work with T&R Collision — and they did not disappoint! It's always a concern whether a vehicle will look the same after repairs, but T&R did an incredible job. My truck looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot. T&R fixed my truck over a year ago and I just noticed a spot where the paint had a blemish. I took it to T&R and they fixed it no questions asked. They stand behind their work and I had my truck back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend T&R collision.
Always go to Tracy and Rigo for quality service , I've had multiple vehicles fixed, My husband just had a front bumper replaced , appreciate the quick and accurate service .Would highly recommend.
