Vandals broke into our 2018 Kia and broke the steering column, which made impossible to drive. T &R Collision came up first in my search engine so I called them to see if they could help. They were amazing!! They contacted a towing company to come and get the car. They worked with our insurance to get everything ordered and squared away. I took my truck here. Rigo said it was ready. I went to pick it up. They left the hood popped open. I had to slam it pretty hard to get it to latch. Something wasn't right. A few weeks later I noticed the whole front grill was loose. I took it back in. Again Rigo said it was ready. Same thing again happened and now he is just blowing me off. The owner Riggo Torres is running a awful business. I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle here. I have a 2022 Toyota Tundra and now I have to find another body shop to fix... read more

So far so good!
Owner was very kind and courteous gave me an estimate for paint repairs on my hood and roof. Fair pricing for what needs to be done. I have an appointment and I will update with the results!
