This place is very disappointing. We thought we would have been assigned a dock door at our appt time. That did not happen,so far its been 2 hrs past our appt time and still they haven't even started to unload us. My husband went to the office to ask to use the bathroom this am and the office staff was so rude. Said this is a secured area and your not allowed here and must leave and go to receiving. As a professional driver, you can’t ask for more. The process was simple and well organized. I followed the instructions, checked in online by scanning a barcode, and waited in my truck—no need to go inside. Within a couple of minutes, they came out to check the seal number, then allowed me to break the seal and back into the dock. My delivery was completed in about 20 minutes. Getting to the location can be a little tricky since you have to go around a couple of streets to access the entrance, but they have posted clear dir... read more

Great place, parking on the streets, use QR code to check, but the one on the wall doesn't scan sometimes, there's a another QR code around the corner of the wall on the door next to green dump.
