I've been doing taxes here for years only because they offered loans in the past that have helped me out. I was never happy here because of the customer service and the uncomfortable waiting area. If it's busy and you're wanting a loan be expected to wait 3-4 hours, maybe longer. There's a movie playing while you wait and they offer you free popcorn. The customers are primarily Native American and I feel we deserve better accommodations than what they offer.
I didn't like the experience visiting this Tax service company. The customer service was unpleasant and rude. Waited a long time just to get the documents audit by the head accountant. While I was the third one in line from opening the office. Walk in at 9am walked out at 1pm. This is was my first time using this service and my last time.
I never had trouble, I'm always patient with them. They do great work on helping you with anything. I like the workers they always smiling. Glad to have them do my taxes for past 5yrs. The manage is great helping me. JUST BE PATIENT AND POLITE TO THEM. THEY DO THEY BEST TO HELP....and the reason to not answering the phone. Is to call IRS FOR THOSE WHO REALLY NEED THE HELP.
