Great Service I've been going to T&R for years. I've never had a problem. When I need something done, I get prompt service AND if I don't have my own transportation, they drive me to and from the shop . When they fix my car, it STAYS fixed. Good folks.
Gives you an uneasy feeling On the phone the guy was friendly and helpful but when I got there it was a different story. I was basically ignored for the 20 minutes I was there as I sat waiting in the cramped closet sized waiting room. The guy that helped me knew nothing about my appointment and wouldn't honor the appointment or the quoted price. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable handing my car over
