Absolute scam of a company. I stayed in two of their units. First off they are not as advertised. Broken down and old. They will find any reason to charge when you move out. I cleaned the unit from top to bottom and took video upon move in and move out. They charged me 20$ for a sink stopper. Seriously why would I take a sink stopper. And what sink stopper costs 20$. Bayberry was my home for 3 years. We moved in 2023. At that time there were issues with the town house (broken front window, stair rail pulled off, thermostat loose, and other problems). We ended up moving in since it was promised to be fixed. That same year, just a month later, our air conditioner went out. We were told to leave it on 72 and it will work. Do not rent here. Regrettable purchase.
Pay alot in rent for the siding of the apartment to be off/look like trash. Let alone the birds and other animals now in the wall. We have a no trash outside policy besides for all the siding that sits behind our ac units. If you have to wait on the vendor we should get a discount in rent its not my fault your vendor is slow in repairs. My mothers house who also had siding ripped off was fixed in less than a week. I can edit/update or delete once its fixed but we pay way to much for this to be a problem for over a month to t... read more
