I have been a resident at The Woods for the last 3 years and I can say that it has been a very pleasant one! It’s a tucked away little community, close to amenities and grocery for convenience. Maintenance is always ready to respond and fix any inconveniences you may have. The Property Manager Theresa is the absolute BEST! She is very kind and extremely helpful, always available and cares for her tenants! 10/10 in hospitality, customer service and property management, I couldn’t ask for a better one.
My family and I have been living here for over 3 years and we love it. The property manager, Theresa, is what makes this complex so special. She’s so personable and professional, and genuinely cares for the residents here. I also have to give props to the maintenance staff- any issues we’ve ever had were fixed promptly.
Great place to live. Tammy is so very nice. Love the food we had today. Thank you again and had a great time.
This place is safe to live in and maintenance is respone on timenly manner to fix any emergencies and work order
