Pay alot in rent for the siding of the apartment to be off/look like trash. Let alone the birds and other animals now in the wall. We have a no trash outside policy besides for all the siding that sits behind our ac units. If you have to wait on the vendor we should get a discount in rent its not my fault your vendor is slow in repairs. My mothers house who also had siding ripped off was fixed in less than a week. I had a tour there and Deondria was amazing i am in love with not only the place but how organized and informative she was about the property!!! I was so taken back on how well i was treated!!! 1000% once my lease is over will try and get a place here!
It’s a love hate relationship with my place. I love the area, I love my apartment, I do NOT like the issue with my stove and refrigerator. I moved into this apartment June 19/20 and that day told them about the Refrigerator. The refrigerator drawers was broken. The shelves on the refrigerator do not stay up. They fall through the other level. I was told when I first moved in that two weeks after that, I should receive a new refrigerator.
