I had a set of tires installed recently at T&R Point S, the balancing was way off I told them about it and they blamed me, saying it was the wheels, that I never had a problem with before, then they blamed the tires I bought from them, saying the rubber was too soft and they were the wrong tire. They were the stock size and a brand that they sell, Nokian. Both the man and young lady were rude, unprofessional and inexperienced. I drove over an hour round trip specifically to have my tires checked before long distance travel I had planned. I talked to to them over the phone and in person I detailed to them that my rear right tire had been losing pressure and I’d been putting air in it but I wanted it looked at, along with the rest of my tires for my trip. I was a thousand miles from home and on my way back when a minor but critical safety repair was needed on my vehicle. T &R Point S was able to get me in very shortly after I arrived, and within about an hour I was on my way home again. Their service was phenomenal. First rate!

T & R Point S were professional and fast. They did a great job balancing our tires after we ran over a few big potholes on our road trip. They took care of the issue right away, and didn't charge us a cent!
