I cannot say enough….we hired a contractor to do a two story addition in Ross Twp and half way thru the job and thousands spent we had to terminate him…every nightmare you could think of we had to deal with. I went online and contacted several contractors and most would not touch the job that the previous contractor started . A few responded to me and quoted me so high because I believe they did not want to touch the job. Tim and the multiple subcontractors he uses for digging/laying foundation, building frame, drywall, painters, plumber, electrician ALL did an AMAZINGLY beautiful job on my bed/bath/laundry area addition. Tim made sure his contractors did the work and that my husband and I were completely satisfied with the completed work. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone!
In the summer/fall of 2022, I hired Tim to build a large sports room addition onto my Etna home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. His project management is what truly sets him apart. He created a clear, milestone-based payment schedule that kept all the different crews (foundation, electrical, drywall, etc.) perfectly on track. Tim and Rich and the crew were great to work with. Highly recommend. They added a second floor to our house. We were able to live there while they did the construction. Tim updated us everyday with what he was doing and what was next. He was honest, fair, and trustworthy. I have had my share of experience with contractors and Tim is top notch. We are very happy with the result and would call him again for any future renovation/addition.
