My property is at least 5 feet lower than the house next door. Instead of building a retaining wall to stabilize the slope, large rocks were distributed randomly along the slope. The result is that my neighbor's side yard is eroding into my yard. Obviously my neighbor is as unhappy as I am. T R Masterson is willing to fix the situation if I pay them, even though it should never have occurred in the first place.
