They just fixed/resized my watch a second time and didn't charge me the 2nd time, so nice and so professional, their customer service is the best!!!
On December 16th 2023 I walked in and asked about a price and timeline of resizing my wife’s ring. He told me it would be around $80 and it would take a week or so and I said that would be great! I gave him the ring and asked him if he would call from the number on the door because I have unknown numbers blocked and he confirmed that he would. A week or so passed and I got no call.
