I ordered a small 38" gate for my backyard. Was told 4 weeks for delivery/install. I have called 4 times after two months to get an update - no call back. I have already paid because we were going to be out of town at the 4 week mark and I didn't want to hold up payment for them. Another 5 weeks have passed and still no gate. Update: Few days later they installed a beautiful gate. Thank you. It was perfect. Just took longer than expected. Very happy with the product.

Quality workmanship, reasonable pricing. Great people to do business with. This is the second house they’ve made a door for me. I would absolutely recommend T&R!
