Just picked up my Accord from T Pro Tires and had a great experience. Juan and his team were super helpful and easy to work with. They even took care of a few small things on the car before letting me take it home, which I really appreciated. The whole process was simple — drive in, pay, sign, and drive home. Definitely made the 2-hour trip to Long Island worth it. Highly recommend!
Good honest people, really appreciate them
The family who runs T-Pro tires in Brewster (Patterson/Putnam Lake) made us feel at ease during our used car shopping journey. We did not feel pressure, no hard sell, they gave us the cars to test drive and let us read the Carfax reports and quietly decide for ourselves. Great place if you want to get taken for a ride. To change out 3 tires that I already had they took 5 hours and charged me 450 for it. Never set foot here again. Stay away from this place.
I dont even know how I got so lucky to be referred to T-Pro! I had been shopping around down by me getting estimates that were insanely overpriced and that it would take 2 weeks to fix! Which would mean id have to rent a car for that long too! T Pro had it done in 5 days for half the price and saved me 2 days of a rental fee!!!! Plus got it done before Christmas eve!
