If you like a no nonsense gym, without all over hype and over selling soon as you walk in the door, then this is the place for you. I've worked out at Metroflex and Big Tex Gym (Austin) before moving to this area and T-prep made me feel like home just like those gyms did. Folks are here to get a workout in!
great gym, excellent space, great equipment, great environment..
Has all the machines I need to improve my strength. The environment is also super supportive. The owner is great and takes his time getting to know his members!
Very great gym would recommend to lifters!!!!!
