Just awful new staff. Service is not good.
Wait staff are unbelievably slow! Food is WAY overpriced! A total shame!
Lack of wait staff. From start to finish it was a wait.... and it was NOT busy. Poor service, I will not return.

It's with sadness that I share the events of my last visit to T. Phillip's, an establishment my wife and I have loved for at least a decade. On this occasion we attempted to pay our bill with a T. Phillip's gift card, just as we've done many times before (wife and I exchange gift cards to our favorite eateries in lieu of neckties/flowers etc.). Our server was horribly rude and when I called the next day to speak to a manager I was told he was not on duty but he would return my call 4 days later no return call.
