Very rude customer service. Guy claimed he only works with people spending $500 or more when I went looking for a small part, he couldn’t be bothered. Go to GPS they’re much more amiable.
Is supply house is for the general public and not really for professionals they don't like to stand behind their products and anytime you go in with an issue they automatically assume you're at fault although they're not the manufacturer and there's only one guy that knows what he's talking about there but they'll tell you it's out of warranty without even sending it back to the manufacturer to find out indefinitely if it's covered
Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people. I will be going back. Also was happy to find out that they offer pump repair.
If you need any pump equipment, call TP Pump. They actually help you out if needed, unlike most companies. Our company has purchased several hundred pumps and never had any trouble. All the employees are very capable of assistance and Bob McGlaughlin is the best pump troubleshooter I know of. If you’re stuck trying to figure out why something isn’t working talk to Bob.
