I bought a mazda from these guys a couple of months back for £7250. The car was sold with a full service history but I wasn't given the service book to go with it, when I tried to contact the seller I got no reply. They also supplied me with an mot certificate which was for a completely different car. The car is now in the garage needing work to fix multiple issues at a cost of £2000. Bought the car a month ago and still awaiting warrenty. Rang several times, one particular phone call he said I'm just washing a car and hung up. How hard can it be to send a warranty. Plus they said it had a full M O T and it hasn't, )' Next step is motor ombudsmen .So my advise if you are buying a car off them please be very wary and csreful..And the one star is only there because it wouldn't post without it however they get zero stars.
Got a car a few months ago was supposed to have not & service done when I got it, got told it went in for not & service that weekend all fine to then get a call on Monday to say it’s not been in & if have to wait the week or I could take it and bring it back for it doing..however due to weather & my getting hit had to reschedule (they were very polite & understanding) however a month after getting it back still no MOT or any communication about when to bring it it.
