TPFay helped me out with a custom-shaped heating element for a spit barbecue machine. They were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. If I will need another heating element in the future, I will definitely speak to them.

TP Fay are an absolute joy to deal with, and I have dealt with them on very regular basis for well over a decade now, so I feel well qualified to give an honest assessment. All of the staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and regularly go above & beyond to make things happen. Have no qualms whatsoever in heartily recommending them.
We called late in the afternoon with an emergency request for a defrost heater element for a freezer cold room. The team were great and the part was ready for collection in less than 24hrs! amazing service well done guys.
