It seems tough to find a business these days that isn't more interested in profit than quality service and value-or one that isn't constantly trying to upsell things you don't need. That is certainly not the case with TP in Rome, NY. The manager, Mike, is a down-to-earth guy who truly knows how to take care of his customers with fair, reasonable prices. I've been doing business with him for many years and have never been dissatisfied.
I stopped in with no apt and had my skid plate hanging , he took it right in anc helped get me back on the road in 15 min .. nicest guys in here I’d recommend them to anyone for car repair
Was provided great service, friendly and timely.
Had an emergency, they were able to get my car in and repair it within an hour! Absolutely stellar customer service. Great job to Mike and all the guys in the shop working hard day in and out!
