Ever since my 3-year complimentary service with the dealer ended, I’ve been coming here for my car service every year. Tony and Peter are always honest, professional, and very helpful. Whenever there’s an urgent issue or unexpected repair, they always makes time to help and explains everything clearly. He never recommends unnecessary part replacements and always puts customers’ best interests first. I really appreciate his honesty, care, and professionalism — highly recommend them!
I know you claim to use genuine parts, but there’s absolutely no reason your prices should be higher than authorized repair center. I only chose your shop this time because I was in a hurry and it was nearby. I quoted the official repair center afterwards and they actually give me a lower price. My advice to everyone: don’t waste your time coming here, or even asking for a quote, it is too expensive and the service is just normal.
not too bad but still, expensive
The engineers here are professional and polite, but the owner’s attitude is extremely rude. After doing a service, my car showed “service required” again within 20 days. When I tried to call the owner to ask about it, he hung up on me directly. Very rude atttude during conversation and he told me I could go to Fair Trading if I wanted.
