I’ve been going to Venice nails for about a year or so and they were completely booked when I went in, so I decided to stop by this place and get a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. I went in for a mani pedi. My feet were cut up, I told her it was burning and she wet my foot the proceeds to talk to a coworker and cuts my other foot, I then tell her just polish please. My old polish (maroon) was not removed completely so you can see it around the edges of the new pink polish. It looks like dirt. Manicure was no better they did not do my cuticles just put an oil on them when I mentioned it. Once I left I realized the gel polish was not even and that it was still transparent on some parts. The person working on my feet rushed and forgot to put the top coat on. When I called the owner said she would charge me 15.00 dollars to change the color. She swore that the top coat was put on. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!! The workers here act as if they are afraid of the owner.

It’s hard to go to place you don’t know. I know it’s under new ownership, but after today I won’t be going back. Not even the foot/calf massage was relaxing as usual. I had to remind him several times what I needed removed. Acted like he didn’t like being told what needed to be done. The emptiness should have told me something. Liana is the only old employee left.
