When I 1st started coming here, the service was great! They really spent quality time on your feet. The last 2x that iI visited the services were subpar. Don't make jokes about customer's dry skin. Don't huff and puff when I ask you to do something that you clearly missed. You should not have to ask for services that should be rendered. Normally, they dip your feet in the wax. They do a great job and always make sure I’m pleased when I leave.
The owner is VERY RUDE and RACIST. They mistreat BLACK WOMEN and we're the majority of their clientele. I have NOT forgotten the way I was mistreated in your salon 3 months ago after spending over $700 for services within two months. It wasn't the Nail Technician I had an issue with, but the MANAGER/OWNER who thinks he is tough by disrespecting WOMEN.
