I had a Jel pedicure done two weeks ago. And they now look like they have been done over a month ago. When she painted them she did not go all the way to the cuticle. So from the get go they already looked they were growing out. Then there was the foot and leg rub or shall I say the lack of one. She she put the gritty soap on them and proceeded to rub the front of my leg and the top of my foot while watching TV.
