I have used T Nails for roughly 10 years now and am embraced to say this is the first review I’ve written for them. The salon is a family salon. I wouldn’t compare it to other salons because when you get a pedicure or manicure you have many selections to choose from. Of course you can do the same ole same but the others consist of hot wax, stones massage, exfoliating salts, hot towel wraps so many chooses. My nails and toes always look gorgeous. The absolute worst nail shop I have ever been to. I got my nails done and the top acrylic came off. Went back and was charged to repair. Six days later same thing happened different hand different nail. I've been getting acrylic nails for 20 years never had such a crappy job done. Hannah doesn't have a clue how to do nails. Got a pedicure when I got the nail repaired and six days later polish is already coming off. They lost a new customer. Three strikes and your out.
I have gone there for many years. They are friendly and kind. If there is ever a problem with their work they fix it for free. I get the gel nails on feet and hands and I am good for 4 weeks...awesome. They wax my eyebrows and dye lips, lashes, and eyebrows as welI. I love them. They sell their nail paint colors, custom design jewelry I have watched them make, and sandals. They offer you a drink when you come in and they always ask how I am doing. Great work! I will go there until I cant any more.
I've got my nails done a number of times here, and I'm done. The paint always chips within two days, they rush through and do a rough job. but the worst thing to have done here are acrylics. First they told me it was going to be $15 but charged me $20. They are also rude. My acrylics suck. They are half round on one side and barley what you call square on the other side. This place is awful. I was lured in by the $25 full set of acrylics sign out front . I told her about 50 times to cut my nails down and file them off better. They were still very long when I left, she acted like she just didnt get why someone would wanttheir nails short. They were so crooked and uneven when I left I had to go home and fix them myself. they started breaking off a few days later b/c they were so thin. 4 days later I took them all off and will NEVER go back. They are trash and very disrespectful they don't listen answer I even got told to shut the h*ll up when insisting my nails be done my way so don't go unless you want your nails jacked up
Poor service. Wouldn't talk to customer in proper way.
