I’ve been going to T Nailroom for about a year and I always leave SO happy with my nails. My pedicures and manicures are always so beautiful! They truly are the best manicures and pedicures I’ve ever had! Rosy is wonderful and she has an excellent attention to detail. She takes pride in her work and it shows! She’s so friendly and it’s such a warm environment at the salon. I was recommended by a friend and I highly recommend it!

They don’t honor booked appointments. Had an appointment with a specific technician at 2pm. After 45 min wait, they talked among themselves in their language, and I was assigned to a random technician while the person I had booked took another client.
This was by far the worst experience at a nail salon that I’ve had. My appointment was at 10:00 and they weren’t even open. My tech showed about 10:20 for my appointment. She proceeded to watch tv on her phone the entire time she did my nails & clipped me twice. She was so rude I almost walked out. Left me sitting in the chair for 15 mins & I have no idea where she went. Not one single person (including the owner) even noticed how upset I was. She was sloppy, the place was dirty & I’ll not be returning.
I booked a party for my 11 year old daughter and three friends. We had to schedule it a week or so in advance and put down a deposit, but they were super accommodating and made the girls feel special! The nails were an amazing copy of photos from Pinterest! Very impressed overall.
