USE ANYONE BUT THIS PLACE!!! OVER CHARGING ABOVE THE STATE LAW. IM REPORTING THEM. I had a truck towed by the police department. The courts didn't release it for 9 months. Meanwhile it sat at this places yard and still does as of right now. The owner of the place is very short with you. He has yelled at me more than once and hung up the phone. Totally unprovoked. The aggressive egotistical behavior is insane. Absolutely terrible that police officers really use this pathetic excuse for a company.. Witnessed this company damage a vehicle they were called to tow due to a traffic violation, trespassed on my personal property just to yell profanity’s at my husband who was only trying to help a young mother and her children.. this had nothing to do with him or his ability to proceed with his JOB. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, my vehicle was damaged while in their care, and they took zero accountability for it. Instead of offering any kind of support or resolution, they doubled down on their attitude and basically acted like I was the problem. I trusted them to handle my car, and they treated it like trash. Worst business to do business with. Very rude and very unprofessional!!
Don’t ever use this place I had my car towed Buy a sheriff they towed in 10 minutes away to the towing shop and charged me 260 for the tow plus 30 a day over the weekend they were closed on weekend and told me it would be over 500 to get it out
