First the manager who was there tried to tell me that I could only go 8 mins. I talked her into 10 but I wasn't thrilled. I am an adult who has olive skin. I am aware that I may burn a bit. If I want to do that, so be it. My daughter(16)was with me. I bought an individual session package and wanted her to use one of mine for her( which I have done before). Staff is very kind and very knowledgeable about tanning and the products that they carry places is very clean and neat

I am so happy I didn't pay attention to the negative reviews because I didn't see or experience anything close! I really wanted to go to one close to my work because after work, I just want to go home and, it would be so much more convenient, and just down the road. Lyndsey, was the best with a lot of great information and so helpful! The establishment was spotless and the Level 3 bed was great, just like the other TNT I have always gone to in Mentor! Thank you for keeping me real and not being quick to judge!

After canceling my tanning and asking for my refund for the month when I found out I HAD SKIN CANCER and couldn't tan. Today I went to the willowick tnt and was told "IM NOT ABLE TO TAN , SPRAY OR BEDS ANYMORE " THIS IS UNHEARD OF. I ASK YOU YA'LL TO CONSIDER TANNING AT A PLACE WHERE YOUR NOT A # AND THEY JUST TAKE YOUR $!!! YES THEY GAVE ME THE 34.00 BACK..LOL BUT NO LONGER ABLE TO TAN THERE. TALK ABOUT CHILDISH AND UNPROFESSIONAL...
