We first contacted TN Pools to repair our Zodiac pool cleaner. We were so impressed with quality of service that we hired them on to service our pool. Nick at TN has been opening, closing, repairing, and replacing parts for us since 2022. Nick is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend TN Pools for repairs and service.
We were referred to TN Pools for the repair of our robotic cleaner, a Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus CC. Nick did a diagnosis on the spot, identified the issue (the motor needed replacement) and did the work while we waited. In the meantime, we had lots of questions for Teri-Lynn, and were very impressed with her knowledge. We will be using TN Pools for all of our future pool service needs.
We had a pool installed 4 years ago by different local company. Two years ago the walls started to shift. After two years of excuses and no shows and the company going out of business we found TN Pools. What a pleasurable experience to deal with such a very professional experienced team. Didn't show up, never called. Would not recommend. I called to book an appointment for a pool at a house that I was purchasing well in advance, and was told that I would get a call the week before to set the time for that day. No call. On the morning of the appointment I called and didn't hear back until several hours later when I called again (this was now early afternoon). I asked if they were still coming out to look at the pool, and they said yes, they would be there later in the afternoon, between 3 and 4. I waited unti... read more
