Called the power company yesterday because I had a big nest of bees in a pedestal box behind my house. They said to not worry about it, and they had a duo come out to move (relocating, not killing!) the nest and replace the box. I appreciate both the speed and the focus on protecting the pollinators -- thanks!
3 transformers have blown in 2 weeks I have been without power for over 20 hours in less then 2 weeks. I would be embarrassed to show my face if I owned a company as lackadaisical as this.not only is this sad. It is unacceptable to not provide electricity when it is becoming peak summer time.
Never lost power during winter storm.
