Lights were scheduled to be actived 4 days ago and I’m still in the dark and HOT!!! And no one seems to be able to assist me
Hope you enjoy paying almost double the Texas average. Over double compared to 2021. My neighborhood regularly pays $500-800 in the Summer, and even people who sweat their faces off in Summer with the thermostat in the harsh Texas Summer face $300 bills. It is my personal belief that, as they appear to have a monopoly on at least parts of Lewisville, that they are price gouging. I can’t wait to get away from them and back to Tri-County Electric.
Thanks for restoring our power so quickly this week! Also, the person I dealt with when getting my power installed, named Travis, was very helpful, patient, & always pleasant. That was last year but it just occurred to me I could add that to this review.
