3 transformers have blown in 2 weeks I have been without power for over 20 hours in less then 2 weeks. I would be embarrassed to show my face if I owned a company as lackadaisical as this.not only is this sad. It is unacceptable to not provide electricity when it is becoming peak summer time.
Never lost power during winter storm.
Terrible service and rude customer service agents.
- Thought monopoly’s were illegal in the US… but not for electric company’s. Because of this they take advantage of customers. - they have one sided contracts and steal your money. They have no ethics and no morals. Something needs to change; do away with electric territory’s!!!!!!
