Gina and Todd an their team are AMAZING
If I could give negative stars, I would. They are very difficult to get a hold of. When I finally did, I explained my problem related to my well. I was informed they had the expert they would send out to diagnose my issues. I had shared that this was urgent because I have small children and it was important to have clean water as soon as possible. The first appointment was cancelled at the last moment. Gina had to find a specialty sized water heater for my Father and not only accomplished it, worked on it after business hours to get it delivered ASAP. The morning it arrived to TNG, Todd and another employee were out getting it installed within hours. Great job done by all!
