I bought a washer and a dryer from them and they were very nice and explain things about the washer in the dryer that I wouldn't normally know since they weren't made in America
T & N phone service was fantastic. My oven died and the lady that answered the phone took the model number, diagnosed the problem and confirmed to me that parts were no longer available. She was friendly and very helpful.
