Excellent service and workmanship. This was our 3rd body repair at TM's. We wouldn't consider any other shop after the great results we've had with TM's.
I chose TM's because of the majority of good reviews, now I see why the have such a good reputation. From the first meeting for the estimate to picking up my car, everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional, answering all my questions. The work was beautiful, my car is back to "normal" and they even cleaned it inside and out prior to pick up. They may take a little longer to book but it's worth it - highly recommend TM'S!
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Appraiser/receptionist was always professional and courteous. Matched the color on the car perfectly. Unable to tell where repair was made. Was kept informed of work through text message. Vehicle was repaired on time as forecasted. Will definitely use again and recommend them highly to anyone needing work on an older vehicle. Very impressed with every aspect of this company’s work ethic including insurance claim processing.
