I would like to thank Axel and his co-workers at the Chelmsford St. T-Mobile location. They handled and completed what the 800 number and other stores could not. We were bounced around from 800# to store to 800# to store a good 6-7 times. Finally Axel and the representatives saved the day! A million thanks yous!
The stuff very kind and helpfull they make sure everything is set up before I left the store. I went it to pay my bill because I have difficulties to process the payment so the associate help me to navigate through the T-life app. The stuff very helpful.
