Staff is a little rude and they don’t ever have any inventory
The people in there don’t know what they are doing, they need to hire people and train them well. There’s a girl in there was giving me attitude like it’s my fault she doesn’t know anything.
Stopped for a budget phone, staff pushed more expensive items multiple times, and waited for safe to unlock to say the phone i was interested in wasnt in stock. Do not recommend.
I have been a T mobile customer for 7 years and this new staff and management are terrible, no customer service skills no professionalism rude and they have no interest in helping you, I have purchased over 15 phones over the years from this location and I will never step a foot in it again, if you don’t enjoy working in the customer service industry then don’t, they have the personality and the attitude to help and come up with ways to make the customer happy or satisfied, again terrible customer experience. management need... read more
the woman there clearly doesnt know what to do and every answers to my questions wasnt accurates at all and attempted to give me an attitude when I replied with the truth. Manager in that area needs to hire people with experiences with phones, how its work and also she doesnt know how to activates SIM cards lol telling me I have to do it myself online, not with them. Talking to them like talking to a brick walls
