I had the worst experience at this location! Dwayne was extremely rude not only to me but to customer service rep who called on my behalf refusing to assist me properly I wound up going to a different location where they DID exactly what Dwayne refused to do. While he even made a personal call instead of helping me claiming Id have to pay full price instead of using the credits I had on my account. I am disabled and had to be in the store for 3 unnecessary hours dealing with this situation… I will never return to this locati... read more

The employees are nice but just seem to be unable to answer or help with a lot of issues. I’ve been by 3 or 4 times this year and ended up needing to go to the alderwood mall store to get my inquires or issues fixed.

I bought my mom an apple watch here. The way the guy asked me if I wanted him to set it up or take it home to set up made me feel like he didn't want to be bothered by it, even though we were the only customers in the store. I made the mistake saying I could handle it and I couldn't. The watch wouldn't pair with the phone. My mom took it back to get help another day and whoever helped her told her we had to take it to the apple store because it was paired with a different phone.
