Only tmoble with competent staff
This store is useless. The lady at the front desk was kind, but the manager (wearing glasses and a shoulder bag) had terrible customer service. He wasn’t interested in helping me unless I was buying a new phone, told me to just call 611, and even claimed I couldn’t keep my phone number — which is completely false for the circumstances I came in for. Very disappointing experience.

I had the worst experience at this location! Dwayne was extremely rude not only to me but to customer service rep who called on my behalf refusing to assist me properly I wound up going to a different location where they DID exactly what Dwayne refused to do. While he even made a personal call instead of helping me claiming Id have to pay full price instead of using the credits I had on my account. I am disabled and had to be in the store for 3 unnecessary hours dealing with this situation… I will never return to this locati... read more
