I would give zero stars if I could. I visited this T-Mobile store because my phone was broken and I needed help. I waited in line for about 15 minutes, but when I briefly turned around to look at some phones, another customer cut in front of me. I understand that his phone had been stolen, so I did not make a big issue out of it. However, when I asked the staff how much longer his service would take, she gave me a blank stare and simply said, “I don’t know.” She was rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. Had a great experience today at the T-Mobile store in Ft. Lee. Monica was very pleasant and helpful, and spent the time necessary to explain all the available options. Very satisfied with the service I received.
