I had an amazing experience at T-Mobile Fort Lee thanks to Sofia. She is one of the most professional and efficient representatives I've ever met. She handled everything so quickly with a great attitude, exceptional professional skills, and deep knowledge. I even got a new phone with a fantastic package deal. Best service ever! With her outstanding level of professionalism, she definitely deserves a promotion to sales manager. If I could give 100 stars instead of 5, I would give them all without hesitation!
This was an unacceptable customer service experience, and easily one of the worst I’ve had at a retail store. I came to this T-Mobile location for a simple order pickup. Not technical support, not an account issue, not something complicated—just a pickup that should take a few minutes.
