This local office- Fort Lee NJ, store 7721- very bad store. Sale"s people and boss Dione Keith Zacarias do not decide anything or can not do it, only suggest to call customer service. Don't go to this office.
What an unprofessional rude abhorrent service! Wow! This one is the first of its kind! Rude, obnoxious customer service from Dione Keith Zacarias , the Store Manager no less. To all customers: I will never use this store in the future, and I advise against using it by any current or future Tmobile customer.
Sofia was the most wonderful help. Walked in with a totally busted phone. She sat with me, listened, examined my account. She set me up in the best way possible keeping my costs cheap yet still showing me their promotional offers and I was able to walk out with a new phone on the spot! Such a pleasure, very straight forward, no nonsense, explained everything to make sure I understood AND gave me options when I thought there was none!! Sofia is 10/10! This is now my new home location !!
My experience at this location has always been great. Very friendly willing to help, no attitude. This time was assisted by Sophia, she helped me set up my new phone, no issues no nonsense.
