Manager offered no help, told me a completely different story from the other Tmobile stores. Not interested in helping at all.
Avoid This T-Mobile Location This store is an absolute disgrace. I came in seeking help, only to be met with a male representative who was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed more interested in passing the buck than solving the issue. The female manager wasn’t any better—cold, unfriendly, and equally unwilling to assist. They both sent me to another T-Mobile, but when I arrived there, that location told me they could have helped me here all along. I was misled and wasted my time. Worst service i have recieved in a long time. Zero care for customers.
Great customer service!! Very friendly and helpful crew. It was pretty busy and everything was still working smoothly. Erik helped me out and turned a frustrating experience into something super easy and positive!
