Small but not many people.
Terrible experience... I was told that a claim had been filed through Sprint Complete and that my phone would be shipped to my house. When I arrived to pick up another, the representative said it would come to this store on Friday. I called today to find out nothing was done and I had to file a claim. So.. 1st representative didn't give me the information on how to file a claim and the next didn't bother to review my replacement phone order and essentially did nothing except have me leave expecting a replacement to arrive at... read more
