I needed help with my T-Mobile order. I was turned away by the store saying they cannot help with mobile orders, which proved to be false. I got help from another t mobile location. Don't get T-Mobile unless you want to spend the whole day on the phone trying to get customer service, or get turned away from storefronts that don't provide assistance.
T-Mobile has exceptional customer service and excellent network coverage. We switched our numbers from another phone service provider because our bills kept rising and their coverage was very poor. We are now very happy with T-Mobile.
Came in for a couple add a lines for my business and Melanie and Kathrine or whatever the other girls name is with tattoo and the other guys judge me and said no 17 pro max or 17 pro maybe they thought it was fraud but Tmobile needs to do better with all that fraud management and get ahold of themselves very unprofessional I get it, its 740 you guys have 20 minutes and I am pretty sure guys pay them very well to attend every single one of you’re customers untill we’re done with our mobile needs. when I walk into a business I... read more
