Dallana is super helpful and friendly! Helped the process go by much quicker. The manager is also there in case additional help was needed. Come to this t-mobile , don’t go to the one in Highland Park. Thanks team.
Can’t begin to say how impressed I was by the customer service here. Lucero immediately got to work and was even friendly while doing so. No other store I’d rather go to if I’m never in need of assistance again!
