Terrible service!! If I could give a ZERO stars I would. Was in the mall tonight around 6-6:30ish, walked all over to find the Tmo store, walked in and saw that everyone appeared to be busy. No problem, we browsed ourselves also, looking at merchandise. A few minutes later 3 of your reps became available. Rather than greet my husband and I they chose to chit chat.
