They help me wasn't able to solve my problem
No help whatsoever...Been a T-Mobile customer 13 years, decided to make a trip into a shop to get a phone replaced and file a claim. No help at all from the staff on duty/ i have 2 broken phones that need the screen replaced, at the same time I'm paying for both of them, along with my monthly bill...... All that money going out, and i yet to have a working phone i can make a call from. Never will i used this phone company ever again with the horrible customer service got asking for help.
