Mar 18 I went in to cancel my lines since I wouldn't be able to afford them for good reaso. I told a man there my wife has passed away. I wasn't even told Im sorry for your loss. I was pressured to get a tmobile credit card. I had to wait to till may 31 to pay. I was told I could do some thing about my bill but tmobile reps gave ne the run around made me look like a pyshcopath at a nother location when they couldn't give me a refund in the end. long time customer like no longer matter. I will not be returning to tmobile.
This was my first time to this T-Mobile store, it’s right down the road from where I work. When you enter the store, you have to put your name on a list which isn’t uncommon and then there was like a short way to meet with a representative. I was able to look at a new phones and trade in my old one which they provided me information with I would be sending in the mail. The rep was knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I would definitely go back.
I walked in asking for upgrades. The girl has one customer she was talking to and transfer the information from one phone to the other. I am sure she could have helped us while the transfer was on process, but she choice to make us wait for nothing. I ended up leaving without upgrades. These employees need to be trained better to handle services.
I never leave reviews. However when we walked into this location we were not greeted and stood there for around 5 mins until I had to ask a customer what I was supposed to do. Then they finally decided to tell us that they will be right with us in a negative manner. No proper etiquette. Please do better.
