I visited this branch on April 17 to fix an issue caused by a different branch in San Jose, and I am incredibly grateful that I did. My elderly mother had gone into a T-Mobile store in San Jose, where an employee sold her five lines for Wi-Fi–related items that she had no use for. I went in to change the primary account holder and left paying 60 dollars less and with a Netflix account! Wenbo was amazing at supporting us with a support long process of creating a new account and making sure everything was setup correctly. I was considering switching to another provider but now I’m confident I’ll be able to figure anything I need for my account here!
