Great Service. I came to actually transfer a (watch only) phone line from T-mobile to another provider - had to go a T-mobile store to verify my ID. I still was helped quickly, courteously and effectively.
Took 1+ month to cancel a simple esim line
I was lucky to have an assistance from Oscar, who was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He resolved my complicated cellular issue in 10 mins. The store is also clean and comfortable. Nice to spend time, but actually it was only 10 minutes for me

I was a T-Mobile customer since 2002 and was an employee for almost 7 years. I have always RAVED about T-Mobile and PROMOTED them! I WAS soo satisfied with their service which was a big reason I decided to want to work there. UNTIL NOW!!! I have always had device protection on my phones, tablet and some watches!
