I was a T-Mobile customer since 2002 and was an employee for almost 7 years. I have always RAVED about T-Mobile and PROMOTED them! I WAS soo satisfied with their service which was a big reason I decided to want to work there. UNTIL NOW!!! I have always had device protection on my phones, tablet and some watches! Had a great experience at the T-Mobile Mountain View store! Wen Bo was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain every detail clearly and helped us choose the best plan for our needs without any pressure. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. If you visit this location, definitely ask for Wen Bo — highly recommend!
Thanks Wenbo for helping me trouble shooting my phone. He is very talented and knows a lot about phones. If you want to switch from Att or Verizon you need to look for him in order to get the best promotions as well!

I visited this branch on April 17 to fix an issue caused by a different branch in San Jose, and I am incredibly grateful that I did. My elderly mother had gone into a T-Mobile store in San Jose, where an employee sold her five lines for Wi-Fi–related items that she had no use for.
