Kevin was super professional, helpful, friendly, patient and welcoming. I don’t have much knowledge of phones etc and Kevin was super helpful!! The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I think the store should and could have more people to help especially on the weekends.
Acknowledge your customers, especially if they’re on their lunch break. Sat for 15 minutes and no one said a word to me. Also, Austin if you’re reading this, you’re a terrible GM and I hope TMobile fired you a long time ago.
You can tell right away when you walk into a business by the cleanliness and professionalism that it has a great leader. There for I would like to commend Austin the manager at the experience store outside of meadowood mall in Reno. I recently had a situation where T-Mobile in Fernley had overcharged me for services I didn’t receive. I will admit I was skeptical about it being a hassle to be reimbursed and taken care of but that was definitely not the case at this location.
