Adrian was absolutely phenomenal! I had already spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and had a horrible experience at the Vista Knoll location. I'm so glad I came to this store. He was efficient, understood what needed to be done, and got everything resolved in a timely manner! He deserves a raise!!!
